Blank Goods:
All none embellished garments can be returned with a proper Return Authorization number within 15 business days.. Charges for a return include: $ 5 processing fee,15% restocking fee and shipping charges back to the original warehouse. With quote approval the apparel will be ordered this makes the order turnaround a few days faster. Any order cancelled after quote approval will have a 15% restocking fee. Please call or email us to receive your Return Authorization number and shipping details.Without a proper return authorization number and shipping back to the original warehouse we can not guarantee a refund. Please allow 7-10 business days after return for applied credit. Closeout Items are non-refundable. Please allow up to 4 business days for a return authorization number as we have to have them supplied by the manufacturer directly.
Blank merchandise can take up to 3 business days to ship. Note some manufacturers do not have same day shipping options such as A4, Tonix , Tri-Mountain with more brands falling into this category November - January.

Decorated Apparel:
Decorated or altered garments are not returnable. If there is a manufacturer defect we must be notified within 7 days of order receipt. Order details for customized orders must be written in a email, no phone orders. When a quote is approved the garments are pulled from the warehouse to prevent production delays.Any order cancelled after quote approval will have a 15% restocking fee. All decorated apparel orders are fully approved at the time of logo approval. Once a quote and logo have been approved we will start production. Once production is in process the goods can not be returned or edited without additional fees. We strive to make sure our clients are receiving the proper customized apparel and will follow a strict approval multi level approval process and quality check.
Any garments embroidered or altered by another party are not refundable.
Turnaround time for embroidered order is approx. 7-10 business days. POST VACATION TIME FOR 2016: 7/1-7/8, 7/15-7/23. During vacation we will still be running production but with limited email access. Any Canceled order prior to production will incur the restocking fee schedule of blank goods.

Logo Design:
Once LogoWear Plus receives authorization to setup a custom logo the logo setup is not refundable. LogoWear Plus will make up to one logo edit at no cost to assure quality work. Decorated or altered garments are not returnable.

Checks are accepted with a submitted purchase order.
With completed purchase order LogoWear Plus will issue a 30 day payment term from the date of shipment. Late payments will incur a % 5 interest charge per every 15 days.
